The Xend Mobile App allows existing customers book a pick up and manage existing bookings. In the "Book a Pickup" screen, you have the ability to book a pick up on a specific date at any of your pickup addresses. In the "Address Book" screen, you have the ability to view and add your pickup addresses. In the "Active Bookings" screen, you have the ability to view and cancel your bookings. In the "Past Bookings" screen, you have the ability to view your booking history for the last 7 days.

I'm going to review about the service so that everyone will know how unreliable this courier is. Xend doesn't pickup on scheduled date, doesn't reply on emails, doesn't reply on messenger. Don't have reliable contact numbers like mobile number so that they can easily be contacted without even using a landline. Their customer care doesn't care. Lol. The company itself doesn't care about their customers but they care in expanding their business without improving their services. The last time I sent them a pm (fb messenger) the customer care said the file that was attached was corrupted and asked me to type the tracking number. So now what? They apologized for the late reply just to say that the file was corrupted. Take note of this Xend. The time I got that message, I replied soon as I got it but gueaa what, they didn't read my reply and I guess I will be expecting to get a reply after a few weeks or months. They scku big time. They even partnered with Carousell to even think that there is no rider pickup comes to the house during the pickup scheduled date. Xend is pathetic and embarrassing.
This app and the courier business behind it doesn't work. Sure, you can schedule a pickup through this app. But that's about it. After they pick up your goods which they will declare as overweight (their scale is mighty defective: a 2.5kg package will be over 3kg using their scale, and they won't let you use any other as reference), that's the end of your transaction. Your booking will disappear from your booking/package history, and so will your goods. Good luck with customer service.

Xend App is not fully functional.
1. Booking a pickup works fine but needs some improvement. I suggest putting in a Remarks field so that customers can place some notes during the pickup.
2.My Booking only shows current booking. Unless this is the intent of this function, it should also show the history of all our bookings for references.
3. The Tracking function is not working. It always sends a message of "Tracking not found" but when you check the website, the result is different and it is more accurate. Please fix the tracking function in your mobile app.
