ZAFUL - My Fashion Story 12+

At first I am not really familiar with ZAFUL but it got my attention when I saw their ADS on facebook while scrolling. I have downloaded the app to check and saw trendy clothes at a very reasonable price and I've got some coupons too. Convinced myself to try their products though I am very hesitant to buy clothes online because of the fear that it might not that good, wrong sizes, bad quality etc. But took the risk and I was very happy because my first, second and third purchased from ZAFUL didn't disappoint me at all. What you see is what you get. Quality is really good. Truly worth the price. I love this app and didn’t encounter any problem so far. Easy to use and install. Their Chat support was very responsive as well to accomodate the cancellation of my order due to the wrong size. Clothes looks the same as advertised. True to size. Customer can leave reviews and rating about the items. Aside from that, the app has a platform like Instagram where it allows everybody to post and share their fashion style wearing the clothes they have purchased from ZAFUL which allows customers to get some tips and ideas. Everyone can like the post and follow the person who posted it as well. I am still eyeing some of the items from ZAFUL so definetely I will order again.

From the two years that I’ve been using Zaful, so far I have not experienced anything severely problematic. I only encountered a minor problem but I do not think it is Zaful’s fault directly - my package was not shipped to my address but instead I had to pick it up at the local office and I was charged extra! But I think that was just local corruption.

My shopping experience in Zaful is always satisfactory. Their sizing guide is almost 100% accurate, they never had my order wrong, and what you see is what you would really get. I have only seen improvement in their service. They also have a VERY responsive and reliable customer service where you kind of get to chat with someone from Zaful. I needed help one time when my order went past the date it was supposed to arrive (which when I learned that my package was taken by our local post office). They are highly responsive.

This is 💯% legitimate! Don't believe on other negative comments that says this is a scam coz they are not a scam. They do deliver items for real and with complete Zaful tags and pouch especially for swimsuits. I am from the Philippines. I purchased a two piece swimsuit and a mermaid blanket at the same time. It arrived 10-12 days via COD from the day I purchased it. The quality of the items were very good and looks exactly the same from the photos. I love it so much! You can easily track your orders if it's already shipped and they will send you a confirmation message that your order is about to be delivered. They also have a live person for inquiries about your orders.
