Best Online Shopping App ever!

I've been shopping in Zalora for 4 years what I love about it is that the items are guaranteed authentic since it is the official brand itself. Also, you can save a lot of money sale+voucher = 👌🏻Last month I was able to snag some CLN heels for only 399, new balance shoes for only 1,437 and an UNISA handbag around 800 pesos. Plus, hassle free returns. I have no problem with my sizing because I also do additional research about the brand and their sizing. The lack of reviews doesn't bother me since most of the shops are well-known brands such as adidas, nike, puma, topshop, mango, steve madden, and etc. The only brands that I love that are not available in Zalora are Zara, Bershka, Uniqlo, Forever 21, and H&M. 😢 When I shop for authentic items I choose Zalora as my shopping platform, because other shopping platforms I know has a lot resellers and I really don't trust some resellers because some of them sell fakes or oem products and much worse is that they sell it in the same price as the authentic ones talk about being scammed.

It’s supposed to be a 5 but..

I’ve been a customer since 2013 and I have seen the changes from their website to the app. I rarely had an issue with shopping or shipping, and if I did, it wasn’t really a big deal. This company never gave me a headache. My only gripe is the updates and the sizing. The updates because when I order, I can’t view the shipping progress on an iPhone 12 Pro Max but I can view it with an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Also, with the latest update, I can’t view the sizing on the latest iPad Pro. I liked the previous update because sometimes I can view the actual measurement or sizing of the product on the iPad. The sizing should also indicate the actual measurement of the clothing, instead of having to estimate whether it fits or not. Not all bodies are the same, and not all clothing are standard sized, I only see consistent standard sizing on a couple of brands. Some are more loose and some are tight. How would a person know if it fits the way they wanted it to fit if the actual measurement of the clothes are not printed or inconsistent? It’s a really big help if these things are improved since you wouldn’t know how the clothes actually fit until you receive them.

Services Changed. CHANGE YOUR COURIER!!

When I first used this app for shopping way back in 2012, there were no other shopping apps available at the time. I appreciated the fact that their products were legit, even though they were a bit pricey since they came from reputable stores. It saved me the hassle of going to physical malls. However, I've recently noticed some significant changes in their service. 1. Delivery: In the past, I used to receive my orders within 3-4 calendar days, even when I was in Mindanao. But now, since their partnership with "Entrego," parcels take 10-13 days to arrive. 2. Courier: I have to say that having Entrego as the official courier is a major drawback for me. Their shipping fees are expensive, and I've had unpleasant experiences with their customer service. It feels unprofessional. 3. Packaging: Another disappointment is the apparent downgrade in packaging. Previously, items arrived in nice, thick, large, sealed parcel bags. For example, when I ordered shoes, they came in a box bigger than the shoe box. However, this has changed recently, and the packaging quality has diminished. I sincerely hope that the app can revert to its previous level of service, especially in terms of delivery speed, courier choice, and packaging quality.
