Zara QR:
Use your QR on the Zara App for:
- Having associated all of your purchases online and at physical stores. At a physical store, identify yourself at the till with your Zara QR code and request an e-receipt.
- In-store returns for both online and in-store purchases.
- Collect all of your online orders at a physical store.

Ratings and Reviews
From satisfactory to fail
The app started out well for the first two months I have been using it. It allows bookmarking wish list items, keeping wish lists separate from buy later list, cancelling orders, easy scrolling of products, and using vouchers from return items. But, recently, the cancel orders option is no longer available. And now, the viewing of orders through the “purchase” link is not available.
I already sent four emails to zaracare and one private message to zara Facebook account through this app, yet I haven’t received even a confirmation email.
I enjoy shopping here, so I hope it would be fixed soonest.
Customer Journey is a breeze but the glaring light tho
I love the ease of shopping from choosing the items to bookmarking them. I also enjoyed the Sale, just need to be fast next time as stocks ran out fast. One comment though, in the My Purchases when you press kn your list of purchases, screen goes ultra bright as in glaring. It’s uncomfortable at night when I usually do my browsing
Needs improvement the customer service and shipment commitment dates
Customer service has a limited visibility on the order status of the customer. They cannot provide details as to for instance, when will the shipment starts being shipped out of the warehouse, etc.
The customer service also did no longer respond to me when I mentioned that the shipping delay I raised needs further escalation, and the chat just close due to “inactivity”.
There’s also a warehousing issue where the commitment dates are not being met. While I understand that we’re currently in a pandemic, a notice should be provided ahead of time that there is a delay on the shipment where revised shipping dates will be provided.
