Crashing/lagging, Zems, and App Storage

I love the app so so much but I have a few problems:

•Crashing/lagging - When I’m entering a map/world, sometimes I crash or lag then the app will close. I hate it when this is happening. So can I request to avoid this? I would like it more if this happens.

•Zems - This is almost like everybody’s problem. Of course others like me doesn’t want to charge money for Zems. The quest is helpful too but can you please, make it easier and to win more than 1 zem every quest?I hope you would do this.

Lastly, •App Storage - This is the most hard problem of the app. One day, my phone said I’m already full storage then I saw the app’s storage: 2+ Gb. But I deleted other apps. The next day, I opened settings to see how many Gigabytes it has. I saw it have 3+ Gigabytes! I mean, just after a day it added 1 GB?!? It’s the most thing I wanted to be fixed because my IPhone 6s is like 16 GB only. 3 of it is wasted on zepeto. So please, make the app’s storage lesser like only 1 GB. Please so we couldn’t struggle about this.

That’s all what I want to change in this app. Please read this and do these changes if possible. We would love the app much more than before.

Crashes/Black Screen

Hi team, I’m experiencing a game crash when I try to enter a world or sometimes play game. I’m using iPhone 6 but I don’t know if it’s my phone’s fault or the app itself. When I try to enter a world it loads then suddenly crashes and close the app also when I try to take a picture or even use dance or pose it will immediately closes. I wanted to earn coins by doing the quests but unfortunately all I can do is skip and just watch ads because I can’t enter to world peacefully:/ Though luckily there’s some world I can enter to and it’s the Peaceful Hill but problem is when I move my character the screen turns black. So my main question here is it just a bug or my phone is the problem:/ I hope you can help me. I’ll wait for your response. Thanks.

Edit: I hope you can resolve the bugs from the older/lower OS version because I saw this message from Zepeto Support
“Unfortunately, lower versions are not supported. In case of problems with the supported environment, let us know the name of your device and OS version, and we will be glad to check.”

1. Android
- Memory: 3GB or more
- GPU memory: 2GB or more
2. iPhone
- iPhone 8 or later

Zem Problems

I have been spending my own money to buy zems, next I purchase the zem and and I didn’t even acquired the 60 zems I bought, I look it up how can I get it back for refund so I found that for app purchase ios I have to request a refund to apple support and so I did. The day after that I got the 60 zems and hours later that day I got the refund which it didn’t go through as well when I checked my bank and then my account got suspended. I am so mad not even a warning came through, usually whenever I purchase zem it always comes through now this happened for the first time I played games and had a really bad experience about it, not even a warning. I haven’t even been a user for a month and I never played zepeto for that long because I don’t like it and when I’m starting to like it I experienced this kind of situation and it’s really infuriating me. You guys should fix this matter like how am I suppose to purchase again if this problem happens over and over? Probably in the my account will just permanently banned even though I am not doing anything wrong, when things can be fixed.
