Eversince I discovered this app📲, naging super dali na sakin maghanap ng resto. As in no need to search here and there or maglibot libot pa. I am a big fan of food so having this app in my phone makes everything worthwhile. 👌🏻 I’ve been so into this app na minsan di ko napapansin na nakatutok na pala ako sa app na to for more than an hour. No need to worry about going into a resto without any idea how’s the menu. You don’t even have to worry if u’re like going to break the bank for a one time meal. Sa app na to, matatantya mo na kung pasok ba sa budget yung gusto mo i-try na kainan. Gosh, how I love this app. ❤️This app is 💯 reliable and it does all the work for you! 🤞🏻
Worst service I experienced in Zomato

I ordered at 6:21pm and my order arrived at 7:46pm. I have never received an update. When tried calling their number it takes 15mins for somebody to answer and no specific update. The chat support Shilfa just kept on telling me to wait and no empathy at all. He/she kept on telling me no body was answering on the line of Texas but when i tried calling again same time she was saying she’s on the line somebody answered immediately... I don’t know if she’s really helping or just responding for the sake of saying she’s trying to help. This is the worst service and delivery time. Taking note that I was ordering to restaurants before and only takes 20mins or less and this is a fast food chain so I was hoping they would be able to serve fast. Would never order in Texas again since there are more way delicious chicken and better service. And Zomato, pls improve your chat support cause if customer will just deal with their situation esp the pro members, it’s useless to put that chat support and better to make the pro membership free then.
VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

FIRST TIME TO EAT AT YOUR RESTAURANT, and will NEVER get back again. This was our most embarassing lunch that we ever had to a casual fine dine in. We went to your branch last November 3,2018it was saturday around 2:50pm . I and my fiancee just want to try to eat at your restaurant because we got your 50% discount @ eatigo by 3pm. We ordered your insalate/ salad ensaladang erehe, kare kare ni santiago and don juan liempo. This was the LAST meal that we took,around 10:30pm my stomach ache. So that time I thought I was hungry because I didnt took my dinner so I ate some bread. But then nothing happened . I vomited 3 times and I got LBM. I cannot took my sleep that night because I suffer for so much pain. Early in the morning ,I found out that my fiancee also vomited. That made us REALIZE THAT WE GOT FOOD POISON from your restaurant. Until now I am suffering from LBM.PLEASE DONT SERVE NOT QUALITY FOODS, it will affect many guests. DONT SERVE LAPSED FOOD.
