Can't record SlowMo beyond 720p

Can't record SlowMo beyond 720p and can't record in 4K 60. But it's the only way to be able to use the record/ stop record on the SmoothQ

Disappointing

Bought the all-new Smooth 4 only to find out that the app is close to unusable. Bugs, heating issues, delays and countless other things has made my experience with their Smooth 4 regretful. The app is filled up with features that aren’t needed and isn’t simple to use. Network and connectivity issues with their gimbal are significant and can’t be relied. A serious application overhaul update is badly needed otherwise I won’t be recommending their products to anyone. A simple yet powerful and easy to use app is all that we needed. Remove all the unnecessary features.

Problem with App and Gimbal Coordination

Dear developer,

I have had this problem where the gimbal just won’t conform to the flat horizontal angle when being used and that it would always be leaning towards the right side when being used. Help?
