利用手機的定位，感應器走到哪就自動蹦出該景點的介紹，有如個人導遊隨身跟著。時間自由、活動自由，不再有任何的限制。
寓教於樂，宣揚環保與生態保育概念，藉由導覽與遊戲互動等方式加深旅客對園區與水資源的認識，達到環保生態教育的目的。
