Cheap and variety
I have traveled not much but few times and every time while searching over different websites and applications Agoda shows me hotel/properties, best of my interest and i end up booking from it. Thank you.
Agoda booking without clear consent
I opened account, provided my atm master card with CVC.
I went selected hotel booking, I selected pay at property, the hotel also demanded number and cvc, I provided wrong cvc they book my rooms but not cut money, I just was learning to book correctly and secure my card. But next step I found my booking paid from my account. But booking looked suitable I availed booking but same happened in next booking I didn’t provided CVC card number but Agoda cut my money without my consent and with no cancellation option. That is very bad, Agoda should ensure that customer wants to pay or not so be careful when selecting booking , they may cut your money without your consent. I immediately removed my card but late so I have no choice but avail booking

No customer support - Will not recommend
Unfortunately I used agoda to book my trip in dubai (19 Dec 2021 till 3 Jan 2022). I booked 1 week one time and then 2nd week later due to last moment decided to extend our trip. During this hassle, i paid one night twice. Since then to till, I cannot find customer service email and phone to get refund but unfortunately all they have auto responses.
Will not recommend it.
