App Crashes
For the past 6 months or so, the app doesn’t open on my iphone & gets crashed everytime I try opening it. Made a complaint on helpline too & even got a call, but still the matter continues. Please resolve!
Unable to connect due to Biometric verification failure
After bank albarakah app update with new security feature 😡, it asks to add device every time i try to login. And after few attempt for bio metric verification which couldn’t be done due to this new security feature and receiving message “verification limit for current limit has been exhausted” i also made calls to helpline twice but assurance that they have cleared it all. As far as the sevices are concerned neither satisfied with mobile app nor with their internet bank via pc.
