App issues
Al Rajhi app has issues since last two months (since app is changed). You can not login or if login it’s minimizing/logging out automatically. This is serious issue and should be fixed on urgent basis. No transaction can be performed through app nowadays.
Kindly fix it.

International Beneficiary
Its such a pathetic app !!! I have been trying to add international beneficiary but it suddenly stop and minimize automatically!!! Please look into this matter !! After conpleteion of last step when i tap the next button it automaticall minimize the app and no beneficiary was added.
Take this matter as urgent
Failure to Process International transactions
I am using ALRAJHI BANK application of AlRajhi , which is not found in store. Although i am impressed, how Alrajhi has digitalised itself but there are a-lot of issue Bank needs to cater, especially there Help lime guys needs to be more conversant in English/Urdu to understand the real issues of customer.
