Informative Platform

Apple podcast seems to be the best podcast app on any platform. Its easy and affordable podcast according to your interests. Thumbs up.

Bug

This is an amazing app, but recently I’ve been faced with a very peculiar issue. No podcasts load when I’m using mobile data. I can start a podcast on Wi-Fi and switch to data (the single episode works then), but a new episode will not even load if I’m purely on mobile data. I’ve enabled the mobile data setting for the podcast app, and this didn’t use to happen until a few weeks ago. Please fix this urgently as I don’t have access to Wi-Fi for long stretches of time.

Features to implement

Apple podcast is no doubt a very user friendly podcast application but here are the features which must be implemented:

1- podcast favorite option: Once we are done with listening to the podcast, we either want to keep it linked in our account or just remove from downloads and let it go, this feasibility should be in hands of user.

2- bookmarks timestamps: When we are listening a long session, we feel the need of saving, bookmarking and note down certain points at certain time in the podcast.
