Straight up Theft
It’s not that this app has poor security, it simply robs you of your funds shamelessly. I deposited 2500 usdt. The transfer got completed and my funds vanished within half an hr. since then I’ve been trying to retrieve my funds but to no vain. They say I Transferred the funds whereas I received no mail or no sms confirming anything of this sort.
Now finally after days of correspondence they want photo, id, name etc of the law enforcing person who'd handle the case and want to be contacted through local law enforcement agencies WITHOUT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY for the FRAUDULENT WITHDRAWAL which Should not have taken place without confirmation through their withdrawal mail, sms and authy.
Worst App ever
I can't give it less than a star I could I would . I am stuck in facial recogtion for months now. It just won't pass me. I tried writing to them but jo response. I disabled my account so that I can start again by making a new account but inorder to delete my account I have to reactivate it. And again it asks for facial recognition which fails me again and again.

I am so F------- tired from this app as everyday i have been facing a new issue and its been a year i have been using but now i am giving up because cant deal with them. Customer Support Hats OFF to you and to binance as well. This issue is with every other organization that has product or service If they are being liked by their target audience and started Saving Their A^! with money they dont care about their customer and as a result By the Grace of God i will be seeing this App will be drowning in pond. All this hate is because of many reason if you guys want to check you can have my chat history and most welcome If you reach me out on call.
