Excellent service provider and cheapest
Few Eco drivers have somewhat an attitude and drive rashly and do not switch on the air conditioning, comfort car slight expensive but still below the regular taxi fares and at times do not drop at the destination point or try to over charge you as they r young drivers with new high tech cars and again chip on the shoulder.
However the experience has been great so far and most of the trips arrived on time.

Top of the line and best ride hailing in Baku
I have stayed like for 10 days in Baku and it’s been a great experience riding with bolt, it can literally take you in less than 5 minutes from your location. Good people, good environment and fast roads, most of the cars are of good quality. Anyone traveling in Azerbaijan or Baku must use BOLT than any other.
Formal Complaint Regarding Unsatisfactory Service Experience with Bolt
I express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Bolt today. After booking a ride and making an upfront payment, I was informed that no driver was available unless I paid an additional fee, which I declined. Subsequently, the assigned driver arrived from a considerable distance, prompting me to walk to the pickup location despite mobility issues.
Upon entering the cab, the driver expressed reluctance to drive to my specified waiting location. Despite explaining my difficulty in walking, she apologized but continued to exhibit unprofessional behavior by engaging in a speakerphone conversation with her son during the ride.
Furthermore, the driver deviated from the optimal route, dropping me far from my destination to accommodate her desire to pick up her son. This compounded my dissatisfaction with the service. To exacerbate matters, Bolt is now requesting additional payment for the same ride.
I urge Bolt's customer support to address these issues promptly and seek a resolution to this unsatisfactory experience.
