Unpleasant Experience with Faisal Movers and Bookkaru Customer Service
I recently had a rather frustrating experience with Faisal Movers and Bookkaru, which I feel compelled to share. Due to inclement weather conditions, Faisal Movers abruptly canceled my ticket at 9:35 PM for a scheduled departure at 9:30 PM. Naturally, I reached out to Bookkaru's customer service team immediately to seek assistance.
Unfortunately, my attempt to contact Bookkaru proved to be a challenging task. After a 30-minute wait, they finally answered my call, but the response I received was far from satisfactory. The lack of prompt communication and unhelpful assistance during a time-sensitive situation left me dissatisfied.
What adds to my disappointment is that despite booking my ticket on December 29, 2023, I have yet to receive a refund for the canceled trip. The delay in processing the refund only exacerbates the overall negative experience.
In conclusion, my encounter with Faisal Movers and Bookkaru has been marred by poor communication, unhelpful customer service, and an ongoing delay in refund processing. This incident has left me questioning the reliability and responsiveness of these services, and I hope that my feedback serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their options in similar travel situations.

Hey its me Jalees, This is my first time that I’m using such type of online booking App, and this very user friendly and just lovely and very convenient and i really recommend it.. i must appreciate the developers who made this App..😇 the interface is very friendly and the App is very detail oriented.. just couldn’t control my feelings in short words but this is really helpful and time saver App for your travel bookings
