Can be little more user friendly
UI is good but while placing order, app says ‘thanks’. Still there is nothing in my order list.
Now, I’m not really sure if the order was placed or not and again I’m not sure where to contact or complain... however, the customer care contacted me after a while but still I guess adding it in application will be helpful.
One more thing, I tried signing in via Facebook. The button is not working. I’m using iPhone 6 on iOS 11.2.1
Worst Customer Care
I'm going to delete the app and will never purchase anything from Bundu Khan again. I received a rotten cake and am also disappointed by the customer service.
Fraud
In the Bundu Khan Order App, it shows zero delivery charges, but when the order arrives, charges are added. This is a fraudulent app, and the bakery is deceptive.
