CarPal is a digital roadside assistance solution that provides a seamless experience for customers, recovery companies and their drivers. Customers can request roadside assistance services through the application, pinpoint their location, monitor progress and receive notifications. Recovery companies can manage everything within the application such as accept jobs, assign and dispatch their drivers, track progress through real time status and location updates, manage liabilities by taking photos and videos of the vehicles and generate paperless invoices.
