The Cobo Vault Hardware Wallet is completely air-gapped (no WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, 3G/4G, etc.) and needs the companion app to connect to blockchain networks. Once you've synced your Cobo Vault with the app, you can see balances, create new transactions, and broadcast signed ones to the network.
