Daewoo Express Mobile 4+

I tried to buy ticket using Easy Paisa Debit Card option in payment option. I received confirmation sms that amount has been received by Easy Paisa and was deducted from my account but Daewoo App showed me an error that I can not purchase the ticket. Amount gone. No ticket was purchased. I contacted daewoo number but the representatives were unable to help me. I have no option where to register my complaint and what to do next? It seems its a scam or some fraud.
Please don’t buy tickets using this app because your money is gone but you never get tickets. Last time I booked seats using app and when I reached terminal, I came to know that my booking was cancelled because we have to purchase ticket within a limited time using app while bookings made from phone are applicable 30 minutes before departure.
Worst app ever. Don’t make apps when you can’t manage it properly.

Since updating the app, I have been encountering a persistent issue that significantly hampers my user experience. The problem arises every time I attempt to enter the OTP (One-Time Password). Upon doing so, the subsequent screen consistently displays an error message, indicating that the transaction has failed. This recurring problem has been a source of frustration, as it disrupts the seamless flow of using the application.

I kindly request the development team to address this issue promptly, as it has been causing annoyance and inconvenience in my daily interactions with the app. A smooth and error-free transaction process is crucial for ensuring user satisfaction and maintaining the app's reliability.

I think developers need to work on the app, i made a payment for two tickets worth 1500/- pkr. My payment was deducted, i got text from my bank but i got a message from Daewoo that my tickets are successfully booked and booking is valid for 30 mins only. I called my bank to and got to know that payment has been successfully made. I called Daewoo customer care and they say its not possible i must have not paid for the ticket. Worst experience. If anyone can solve my issue plz contact me
