Pathetic Online Service
Daewoo app is the pathetic app where it does even let me login or signup with another number.
Fail service hai Daewoo ki. Red seats buy nahi hoti
Useless application hai Red seats hain sub jo buy hi nahi kar sakte. Fail service hai Daewoo ki.
Worst App Ever
I tried to buy ticket using Easy Paisa Debit Card option in payment option. I received confirmation sms that amount has been received by Easy Paisa and was deducted from my account but Daewoo App showed me an error that I can not purchase the ticket. Amount gone. No ticket was purchased. I contacted daewoo number but the representatives were unable to help me. I have no option where to register my complaint and what to do next? It seems its a scam or some fraud.
Please don’t buy tickets using this app because your money is gone but you never get tickets. Last time I booked seats using app and when I reached terminal, I came to know that my booking was cancelled because we have to purchase ticket within a limited time using app while bookings made from phone are applicable 30 minutes before departure.
Worst app ever. Don’t make apps when you can’t manage it properly.
