Disappointed with this worst app!!!

I am totally disappointed with Daraz app. Not only the app but Daraz the name itself. They are only fooling around and making fun of educated people. As in they say 11-11 sale?!!!! Do you think we are fool? What that sale was about? WHERE WAS THE SALE?!!!!! And when they are on sale you cannot talk to them by no means cause their telephone operators are busy packing the cartons of their customers’ orders!!! What do they think of us? Fool??!!!! They have put an error on my account thru debit card payment method PERMANENTLY, so that I cannot avail no discount on their products. And they are not ready to fix it. And many of the products are fake and not genuine. I’m going to throw that app into trash. Bye bye Daraz!!!!

Poor customer service

06 September: Order placed (Expected delivery dates by Daraz: 09 Sep-14 Sep) 06 September: Credit Card charged for the full amount (to be converted later on into EMI, my card limit to this date is blocked). 21 September: Tracking updated with Out for delivery, First Delivery attempt failed and Delivery failed (All of them on Sep 20, 13:32) Notes in product pictures: Customer will visit Daraz warehouse to collect the motorcycle, Home delivery service is not available. 1) I was supposed to pick up the order then why was a delivery attempt made? 2) Delivery will be attempted next working day incase of a failed attempt. But, order tracking highlights that attempt, reattempt etc. were all on the same date and time. (Which seems fraudulent, just an attempt to relieve themselves from making actual delivery. 3) Refund was initiated without informing the buyer, no email etc about an unsuccessful attempt on Sep 20. 4) I cannot find any call from unknown number on Sep 20, 13:32 in my log. 5) Order delayed and then status updated with failed attempts. 6) Emailed Daraz multiple times after Sep 15 but received mostly automated replies related to delay in delivery. All this accounts to malpractice in my opinion. Be careful! If your delivery makes it to your door you are fine but if something happens in between, its like beating about the bush; your problem is not going to be addressed logically, no support from Daraz just automated replies.

Good App for on line shopping

I am using this App since 3 years, My experience with Daraz is Good , when ever something goes wrong with your purchased item, it is easy to return it back and get refund in your Daraz wallet. I Purchased many many items and returned few of them due to bad Quality or faulty product. You can send a review regarding your purchased item and vendor also. If someone wants to cheat you it’s easy to track him down and return the item you purchased.
It’s easy to pay the money with Easypaisa or Bank cards and also cash on delivery. I purchased many items from China also through Daraz App and these items were very cheap with compare to the local market.
Some time Shipments are very late and sometimes return items payments are late witch is normal with all of the online shopping’s.
Well don’t Daraz and keep it up.
