Salam: I’m using this app for all domestic national level news and it was perfect since Apple has upgraded iPhones with iOS 13. The application isn’t working properly, mostly it becomes slow and even then mostly on clicking any headline next only a white screen comes and nothing goes forward and backward, this situation is very awkward. Sir kindly get update the app bcoz I ain’t wanna to switch my mind on any other news app as this is the one of best news source for the sensible persons. I’ll wait for your goodself’s response. I cherish dawn as a reader for the last 3 decades. The app serves to reduce paper usage and convenience to home into items of interest. However I found it extremely old fashioned in layout and slow. Several times a story wouldn’t open and one has to close the app and restart because no button works while the story is in endless fetch mode. Also the photos do not lend themselves to zoom. I hope these issues are addressed.M. Naeem KhanThis morning I tried to access the app and it asked me to update. Despite having updated, the message continues to block access to the app. Disappointed. Also agree fully with above post.

Dear Tech Team Dawn News IOS mobile App;This particular app do not store once explored and updated articles. It needs refreshing every time I open the Dawn App. It not only slows down the app speed but also consume a lot of internet data and battery of the phone. Furthermore, it negatively impact user experience. If it is a BUG then please fix it , and if its by design then I don’t understand it . Can u plz explain.

Thanks for the new look of app. It looks amazing but pls add one thing which was present in the old setup and that is the option available for copy a text. In iOS whenever you copy a particular text, it gives you other options like “look for” from where you can see the meaning of words. This feature is not available in this app which makes me difficult to read. Pls make it active! Thanks
