Welcome to DietDawg! We are here to help you create and achieve your customized level of fitness and
wellness. The purpose of DietDawg is to provide you with all the tools and knowledge you need to
become your best.
Years ago we read an article that highlighted 100 rules to live by. Most were pretty generic, but number
74 stuck. It was “Be Somebody’s Hero.” What a neat idea. Simply live your life as usual, but recognize
the occasion when it presents itself. Unfortunately, most of us don’t see it. I believe that every day, in
small ways, we all have the chance to be someone’s hero. MuscleDawg Fitness was founded to give
people the tools to reach their fitness and health goals. In our own way...we want to be your hero. If you
need to change your life, you are at the right app. Let us help!
DietDawg is a professional meal planning, food and activity logging tool. The nutritional and weight
management goals include your daily calorie budget, goal weight, BMI, macronutrient ratios, video
exercise planner, and top of the line wearable device integration. To enable automatic syncing with
Apple Health, login to your profile, go to Settings >Optional> and activate “Enable Apple Watch Sync”
(Only available on iOS devices).
