I have been there regular customer, as many times I went to receive the car there first of all the staff behaviour is not good. Second thing not even a single day. I received the car on the time which was given to me, whenever I went there, they were
excuses always that the car is late by the last customer, whatever it is, and even if you ask them to give the Favour to change the car or to get another car they literally say no if you want to cancel the booking cancel that was the worst experience with easy hire, and I will never use it again

Before I write my review, I think I should tell you the issue here, they get unlimited access to your bank account as the time of digital consent signing before rent a car therefore they continue charging you even days after the rental was over. As I write this review I have gone into depression since renting a car from EZhire for only two days. They delivered the car one and a half hour late, the guy delivering the car was not customer friendly. They made me wait 40 minutes above Scheduled collection time in the burning sun thought it’s not like they weren’t here, they were there but just mismanaged. Than They have over charged me for excess mileage and now charging me for fuel adjustment, whereas I have handed over the car with 2 fuel bars having 95 km range (even after waiting 40 minutes the range was 95 left otherwise when I reached there the range was 115KM) and they gave me the car with 2 bars having 63KM range. So what’s next, after couple of days they will charge me for some made up accident ? Because this has been their pattern, charge for something made up after a day of two and than it up to me to keep chasing them to get the refund because you can’t stop them Charging your account since you have given them full access to your bank account while signing up with them. Though I have raised complained and hoping to get rid of them. This is a new kind of fraud in town.
