Bad service even for their regular customers
I have been there regular customer, as many times I went to receive the car there first of all the staff behaviour is not good. Second thing not even a single day. I received the car on the time which was given to me, whenever I went there, they were
excuses always that the car is late by the last customer, whatever it is, and even if you ask them to give the Favour to change the car or to get another car they literally say no if you want to cancel the booking cancel that was the worst experience with easy hire, and I will never use it again

Best Decision to choose eZhire
It was my first time renting a car ever and eZhire was the best decision I ever made for my engagement day on 15 July 2022 the customer support was there and the driver was very cooperative and it was so economical
But somehow after charging my phone I am unable to log in back and I would like to use this app everything I want to rent a car. Can the support team please help me in this regard. I have deleted and downloaded the app again and again. TBH I don’t want to switch to my other app when other than eZhire.

I would like to thank Ezhire for ensuring that the car which I rented was in good condition. They were very efficient in handling concerns about the car. I have driven this car for almost a year and I was very happy with it. The staff are all polite and friendly when following up rental renewals. I will definitely recommend Ezhire to my friends.
