Ratings and Reviews
Old Answers in AutoReply Should be discontinued
Many business details, rates, menu, services are liable to change over the years. People who click old posts get automated replies with outdated content of the past, which creates big confusion. Its very hard to remove each and every content individually. Therefore an option of auto reply time duration be also added so that after a certain predicted duration auto reply stop working.
App needs improvement
App needs a few changes to be made, like when a msg is sent from a post to the inbox, the picture from the post doesn’t gets delivered, like it used to before.
Business suite reach is very low either we post a picture or a video or go live, the reach has died. Even if a post is promoted or a page is on promotion the reach doesn’t improve.
The previous version was better for business reach.

As a CEO this app is very useful and a godsend as my team and I can simultaneously post pictures on our social media Pages on Facebook and Instagram and it should be upgraded to add in WhatsApp platform as well in this.
Truly been helpful and since it also give us feedback for analytical data on the pages it helps us to strategise our pots and timing of the posts accounting based on new trends and where the traffic is being diverted to
