They cancelled all flights to Islamabad. They did not inform me at all. When i got to the airport at baku for checkin, they told me flights have been cancelled and they can only take me to dubai where I will have to wait for 12 hours on airport and then they will take me to karachi and thats it. Their rep disappeared after we asked him to assist us. No food, space for sitting was provided to us on dubai airport for 12 hours. I had to get a ticket on my own from karachi to Islamabad which cost me extra 30k. They refused to refund the initial ticket and also refused to pay for the cost to get to Islamabad. They took no responsibility and informed no one. They are extremely irresponsible and have no respect for their passengers. Moreover, i emailed them several times and they responded by saying there is nothing we can do. I still do not know what the reason was for cancelling all flights. They breached their contract, airlines are responsible for getting their passengers to the agreed locations which in my case was islamabad. They have no decency and sense of responsibility. Left us stranded with no way of getting to our homes.

Very poor service. The seats were of poor quality. They don’t have food options. Moreover, They damaged my luggage. All the bags were broken. It was mentioned on their website that a laptop bag is allowed along with hand carry but they didn’t let me board on the flight day and forced me to pay extra for the laptop bag.

Extremely poor service anyone can imagine! They don’t even have an office at Dubai airport. Highly uncomfortable and outdated aircraft with multiple malfunctions. On top of that, highly incorporative staff. Poor luggage handling. Damaged my new bag and luggage.
