Disappointed
I am a regular user of the magic jack app.
But quite disappoint to install its new version.
Its not working properly even there comes many errors while installing.
The previous version of this software was quite user friendly and easy in operation.
But as I was expecting the new version would be more convenient one, remain a wish only.
I request you to make this software more user friendly and easy in installation.

Disappointed / Team not technically
Using majic jack for years but since last year, it’s worst, Dialling issue / network issues and application not working, not reliable and not recommended to any one. Their team is also not technical and not helpful either.
Same problem even after months
After months i downloaded this app again hoping the calling problems must be fixed but unfortuntely im still facing the same problem like whenever i call most of the numbers even in canada i hear their voice but they dont hear me
