Guys at least give us chance to unlock new costumes already this game is a money grinder for gems and other unlockables, this game already becomes a money grinder pay to get costumes is a worst idea

Hello, thank you for your feedback! You can indeed spend crystals on character costumes, but this option is not mandatory :) We also plan to add more events to the game where you can get costumes as rewards :)

once you purchase the gems and upgrade the items cost still the level is not completing and showing to upgrade items more and for that we have to purchase more gems

Hello, sometimes it takes some time to get crystals in the game, for example you can take a break from the game and do the Bank menu tasks, but you will definitely be able to get the amount you need without buying!
