A must have app for Apple Watch users.

The default fitness and health apps lag in simplicity and features. The grow app is what I needed to be encouraged toward health and activeness. The data displays all important information in tiles and charts in an organised fashion. The only downside is it’s high price. I won’t be purchasing subscription again but if it was economical, it would be my daily go to app for health and fitness.
