Slow Process
HBL is lacking behind in terms of seamless, Fast and smooth service. They are still living in stone age when it comes to Instant redemption/Investment. No Insights of the funds on weekend. You cannot transfer cash on weekends. In this era of digitisation they should be able to make their service on real time basis like many other Mutual fund management apps available. Otherwise the fund performance itself is great. Their processes needs improvements.

Better than before
Latest update is simple and faster. I would love to see this app having features like a normal banking app in future. e.g addition of funds transfer to beneficiaries to other banks and bill payment options.

App update and redemption issues
The app keeps asking for an update whereas there is no update available atm.
Secondly while redeeming an error pops up asking to try again later. This has been happening for the past 2 days now. This error has occurred in the past as well.
