Very easy to be used by all age groups.
Poor App Support
The app started out pretty well for Laundry. But for technical works like Air-conditioning repairs, the app support is pathetic! U can’t file or report a problem, u can’t cancel the order and there is zero transparency of the work charges finalised after the work has been completed. Which remains at the discretion of the worker/help-partner. Plus, I have noticed that the partners sometimes over charge by asking for the payment billed, which doesn’t reflect on the app at that particular moment and as soon as they leave, the bill is a few hundred bucks lower than the amount taken by the worker/help partner, which is now miraculously reflecting on the app!!
Best service
A Few days back, one of my relatives suggest “HELP”. At very first, I thought it was just an ordinary service but now I am more than satisfied with the service. Highly Recommended 🤩🤩
