Glitch when loading jobs

I am using this app for over 2 years now. It was working fine but since past 2 months there is a glitch. I can see the jobs on my mobile but when I click on it to view the details, it just opens and a blank white screen appears. The content doesnt load. It happens with every job and due to this I cannot apply to jobs from my mobile phone. Sometimes I am away from my laptop and when I get back to apply, there’s already so many proposals and the client had already hired. I dont even get a chance to send the proporal timely due to this glitch. I hope you can fix it soon because it takes away a lot of potential clients. My device is iphone Xs on which this problem occurs.

Updated the app, July 2024, GUI is all messed up now. Contracts page (active milestones, awaiting milestones, etc.) has weird graphics that does not work with the mobile screen resolution. Contracts page also often gives an error. Another bug is during the contract feeback, When I try to give feedback to a contract, GUI is missing from several things and I can’t do it unless I am on a web browser. Please fix these issues, they are making the usage very difficult. Thanks!

I am working with UpWork since last 2 years. I found this platform very professional and brilliant at learning and earning simultaneously. I have a request for “Availability Badge”, it must be shown as ONLINE if someone is frequently using UpWork and sorting out related jobs on daily basis. Secondly there should be a clear cut clarification when I being a service provider propose my conditions and buyer doesn’t respond at all (at there should be update on that) and meanwhile connects must be reimbursed if not hired.
