Issue
Hi I’m facing an issue, even when I am connected to Wi-Fi the app switches to offline mode itself and doesn’t go online again even though I try many times. I’m a pro member and facing this issue cannot download songs anymore or listen to songs other than downloads because it won’t switch back to online mode even though I try to switch it will say network issue. Please work on this or give me a feedback on how to correct this issue

I’ve been using this app with Saavn Pro for years now and I absolutely love it. Probably the best music app on the App Store right now. Don’t really have any complaints. One little nitpick though. I use it on a 3rd gen iPad Pro. Like the one you’ve used to showcase the app in your App description. And it doesn’t have a full screen mode for this device yet, even though the device has been out quite some time. Unlike the one seen in the screenshots there’s a huge black border around my app interface that just makes it look a little annoying. Maybe give this device a full screen mode already. ( I know, not a big priority, but still). Anyways. That’s all from me. Love from Pakistan.
Where did my songs go?!
Listen, I’ve been using this app for a year now and it’s been working just fine but suddenly all my English songs have just disappeared! Literally a playlist I have been accumulating for a year has gone missing and I only 70 songs left. Is this a system issue or have you really left us hanging in the worst possible manner? What is going on?

Hm, that's strange. Sorry you're having issues! Everything seems to be working fine with search on our end. It may be a connectivity problem even if other parts of Saavn, or other apps, are working. If your connection is intermittent searches may fail. Usually this can be fixed by restarting your app to get a fresh session. As for your songs disappearing, obviously that shouldn't happen and will never happen automatically. So let's try and figure out what's happening.
