Amazing app but mine isn’t launching…

I would really like a developer response to this…
Firstly, vectornator is an amazing app, and it’s basically the backbone of my graphic design. I rely on it for all my freelance work as well as fulfilling the projects of my clients. The fact is, that I rely on this app heavily for my monthly earnings.
Now what has happened is I had the app downloaded and for the last month or so it’s not launching, and crashes before even starting. At first I thought I had the iPadOS 15 beta, so maybe that was causing complications, and I deleted that beta and now I’m on iPadOS 15, but it still doesn’t work. I then deleted it a few times and re downloaded it but it still won’t launch. It’s also not some performance issue, considering that I have the iPad Pro 2018, 12.9”.
Please let me know how I can fix this issue, I’m heavily reliant on this app.

Can’t thank enough
I asked for shape builder tool few days back and within anfew weeks we have shape builder tool available in the app. I just want to say HUGE thank you to all the team who is working day and night. As a designer I can say that this is the #1 vector based app. Sometimes I even don’t need my PC to create advance vectors illustrations or logos as almost all of my tasks are done with Vectornator. Love you
