Help. Please.

The game, a lot of fun. But why can’t I watch the adds for extra gems and passes. I tried tapping on them multiple times, uninstalling and reinstalling the app closing the app and then opening it. Nothing worked so now I resort to asking you. What is happening.

GLITCHY

THE MAJOR PROBLEM: I was waiting for my passes to refill and suddenly I lost all my progress on all the seasons and apparently I have to play again which I’m definitely not going to do so as I’ve spent so much time on each season. Anyways, overall this game is fun but at times it can be boring. Sometimes, the story is dragged for no reason and the narrator has too many dialogues which are unnecessary and boring.

Not loading

Up until the last update my game was loading fine, there were some issues with lagging and malfunction with payments, but at least it was loading fine. Ever since. Have updated it doesn’t load. Always stops before 25% and restarts the load. Its killing my battery without even playing the game.. can you please check this?
