Multiple Challenges: Funds Transfers/Utility Bill Payments
The ability to transfer funds and pay utility bills is no longer available on iOS devices since approximately the start of 2019. Upon clicking 'Submit' while trying to complete either of the above-mentioned actions, there is an error pop-up that states "Error! Translation is not configured in the system.". However, the same functionality works perfectly fine when using a browser.
The ability to pay utility bills, even by browser methodology, is no longer a seamless process. Even if the concerned utility bill's last date is on the same date that one is attempting to pay it on, it still gives the message "Bill Already Paid.", whereas that is not the case. This results in having to pay said utility bill via alternate methods to avoid the late surcharges associated with it. This issue has started since May 2019.
Application crash and problem in utility bills
Sometimes When I go to transfer funds it’s crash and I have to login again and also there is problems in paying utility bills .first time use this app to pay utility bill it’s show me a message successfully but my bills didn’t pay so I have to call on helpline to register a complaint .plz fix these problem so that people don’t have to face these bugs and used the app more effectively
First of all, they don’t have any legal issued mobile app as I have contacted many times on their Helpline number and one of their agent said “Sir don’t use this app it’s not secure!! Their agents never tell you the right thing, they always kept you in the dark.
There is no way to transfer the funds/pay utility bills/ except balance checking. Because this app asks for 26-27 digits for everything like bank account number or mobile number or anything like that.
