I've seen a time slot for Rawdah. I've booked that and app takes me to Permits screen. But no current Permits showing. It didn't shoe any alert message.
I've selected the date and time but after that booking is not happening. I think there is a bug in application.

I made this app and it was first time travel with my Wife and 4 years Baby Boy . We were saving mondey from last 20 years to Perform Umrah and Prayers in Rawdah . But mistakenly we booked For Umrah . And Tried many times to Enter for Only 2 nawafil in Riazul Jannah but this app and the management doesn’t allow . I was crying crying crying and crying for this Nonsense because every Muslim has wish to perform Only two Rakaat Nawafil in Riazul Jannah . But we couldn’t due to this app . It was very bad luck for us . And no one knows when again we will have a chance to visit Prophet SAW Mosque .
And the Last thing is i want to say.
JazaakAllah for making this sorrowful app and management for crying Muslims at front of Green Gumbad e Khizraa for Developers and management of this app and scanning team .

It’s not working
Nusuk app:

I recently tried out the Nusuk app and wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, I found the app NOT to be quite user-friendly and intuitive. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which made it simple to find what I was looking for. However, I did encounter some issues with the login process, which was a bit frustrating. It took a few attempts before I was able to successfully log in. Despite this hiccup, once I was in, I found the app to be quite useful for managing my tasks.
