Good and thoughtful Initiative by the KWSB and appreciate the efforts to ease the stress of standing in a big queue. Convenience of placing order but a Order Tracking module with Estimated Time of Delivery should be added as a feature that can be done after the order is placed.
Also A generic message with invalid phone numbers are sent as a delivery confirmation. Please look into this but greatly appreciate the effort.

Very thoughtful service by the government, but as usual, the scrupulous elements trying to take advantage ..... several times i have received tankers with slips having the total rate increased by over 500 rs. Sometimes the tankers dont get delivered but receive sms confirmation that they have been, while complaint section is never attended
