Planon essentialsFM Helpdesk is the mobile component for the Planon esssentialsFM Reactive Maintenance module. The app enables the fast and easy entry of service requests and targets employees of companies or tenants of apartments for example, who are carrying smartphones or tablets. This way, it is much easier to create location- and time-independent service requests.
