Description
To facilitate the telecom users, PTA has launched Mobile App of Complaint Management System (CMS). The App has following features:
– Complaint registration against various services i.e. telecom services
offered by service providers, mobile registration/ DIRBS, stolen mobile
handset / IMEI related complaint, internet content related complaint, etc.
– Tracking of complaint to view its status.
– Feedback on the complaint.
– History of complaints of individual user.
– Consumer awareness on different issues.

“complainant number and last number in hand set should be same “ this is the error i am getting every time i try to register a complaint about my stolen phone plz tell me how it will work iam entering same no in both columns
Cannot open it
The error says that I need to update the app after I downloaded it.
And there is no option for updating the app in the app store (because it downloaded the updated version). Kindly fix this
Blocking n unblocking
If I have blocked my mobile 2 times n now I want it to be unblocked for tracing purpose.. how do I unblock it?? Please help me.. my phone is stolen😢
