Book flights, manage your booking, check in and take full control of your journey with the Qatar Airways mobile app.
1. BOOK FLIGHTS
With the tap of a finger, find and book flights to enchanting destinations around the world. If you are undecided, you can hold your booking along with the guaranteed fare for up to 72 hours, for a minimum fee. Booking flights through our mobile app also streamlines the process, allowing you to enter your travel details by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport.
2. COMPLEMENT YOUR JOURNEY
Enhance your journey with an array of additional services. Through our mobile app, you can purchase extra baggage as well as book lounge access, meet and greet services, hotel stays and car rental.
3. MANAGE YOUR BOOKING
Manage your booking conveniently through our mobile app, by adding your booking to “My Trips”. Once added, the app will help you keep track of every step throughout your journey. “My Trips” also allows you to seamlessly change your seat and meal preferences, modify your flight details and much more.
4. CHECK IN
Check in through our mobile app by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport. Choose your seat, view/save your boarding pass and use the fast-bag-drop counters at the airport to check in your bags.
5. GET FLIGHT STATUS NOTIFICATIONS
Through our mobile app, you can request arrival and departure information on all Qatar Airways flights, and receive updated information on the status of your flight directly on your mobile phone, via SMS.
6. FIND EXCLUSIVE OFFERS
Through our mobile app, you can check our special fares for flying to the destinations you have longed to visit. You will always find the same fare available on the website at the time of search (and sometimes, you may even find reduced fares when booking through our mobile app).
7. MAKE THE MOST OF PRIVILEGE CLUB
Through our mobile app, Privilege Club members can easily view account details on their dashboard, use the My Calculator to check Avios and Qpoints that can be earned on flights, claim missing Avios on past flights, communicate with the Privilege Club member service centre, and much more.

To keep you updated along every step of your journey, our latest app enhancements include alerts for changes related to fares, special offers, meals and more.
You’ll also notice your e-ticket number has been added to ‘My Trips’, making it easier to claim Avios, as well as retrieve trips for passengers in the same booking.

Qatar airways staff at lahore airport is 5 star
I am travelling with my wife and two kids from lahore to Doha and onward to Dallas. Just couple of hours ago when we checked in at Qatar counter it was the most pleasant experience. The checkin officer was polite courteous and extremely pleasant. I travel to USA very frequently and I always use Qatar airways. Your staff and service is exceptional. I always enjoy the silver and now gold member lounges. Thank you for all you do to make long distance travel a pleasant experience. I look forward to return back on November 1st fro Dallas to lahore and travel back again on Jan 1st 2024 from lahore to Newyork as a doctor I work both in lahore and USA.

Great Customer Service
Dear People at Qatar Airways. We travelled this morning with Q629 from Lahore to Doha. My wife has had an accident and is using an orthopaedic walking stick to move around. As soon as we entered the Lahore Airport the ground staff and the check-in staff were so helpful in facilitating us. We are members of the Qatar Loyalty program but the facilitation’s extended to us was matchless. Mr. Syed Tabraiz perhaps the check-In Manager ensures the we were faculties to the plane. Excellent and efficient work. Also on-Board the plane we were looked after very well in the modern and clean aircraft.
No doubt Qatar Air is acknowledged by the industry with multiple industry awards
