Great app but need improvements
Its a great app no doubt.. however i hv two suggestions for the developer for the betterment of the app
1. The app crashes after using it for more thn 4-5 min when one returns to home page. Plz if u can fix it.
2. It’ll be much more convenient for user if the search engine could also search an item or the category of item instead of the brand name only. Tht way there will be more options of brands available/ visible at one page to the user instead of scrolling through the long mixed lists.

Poor Customer Services/Bugs in App
I’ve availed their services and was impressed at first but then due to some issues I needed to contact their customer service, which is pathetic. There is no helpline number. The chat service that is available in the app needs a lot improvement since majority of the representatives do not have much knowledge of both the service or technical (for app related issues)
The app was working fine before the latest update but then after updating it I can’t see my on-going orders. I can’t add a card and above all, I can’t change my profile name because my name is incorrect in the app, since it was registered by shopkeeper the first time without introducing me the app properly.
Problem while logging
When i try to login and put my pin in the. It shows logging in and suddenly it shows again session expired. Login again.
This is happening again and again with me.
Pls help or guide me. I am unable to use the app because of it.
