Unable to login missing profile details error
Hi, I am unable to login as it says missing profile details. how could I add details without login. kindly fix
Can’t access my flight or boarding pass
It’s extremely buggy. It keeps refreshing the flight status between gate closed and check in. And it does not let me access my return flight through swiping. If I somehow manage to see my flight which is already checked instead of Edit seats I see manage seats and extra. I was embarrassed at the boarding counter fiddling around the app to try and open the boarding pass which would not open. Not sure what you guys have done but this app has become frustrating to use.
Disappointed by staff of Saudi Airline in jeddah
I am disappointed by the staff of Saudia airlines atJeddah airport. I had flight from Jeddah to Guangzhou then Nanjing. When i was boarding then the lady doing boarding at the counter told me that Zam Zam water isn’t allowed by my domestic flight transfer to my City in China. She said that my flight isn’t in Sky team. At the end she didn’t allow me to take Zam Zam bottle.
When I finished all procedure and come to the gate for boarding to flight then Some Chinese told me that they are allowed to take Zam Zam for the same local flight in China.
I’m very disappointed by the staff.
