Poor Delivery Services
I want to write a review - waaooo fantastic experience - I ordered food before 01 hr - Their online system confirmed me that ur order has been dispatched - somehow i got rider’s number- i just asked him that bhai where are you its been more than 50 minutes our order has not been delivered - he straight away said ap mujse ye baten na kry un se baten kry jinko ap me order diya h - fine I disconnected phone and called helpline again they told me that Sir you have abused our rider thats why he is not willing to deliver your order - just waooo - amazing service - keep it up sir you guys are rocking - pls have customer Services training programs for your representatives who are sitting at the phone counter - pls - 0 star for delivery services
Rider had no change even of 1k
My order arrived quickly & taste is si gud & order is also hot but 2 things thats not really gud that i didnt found my location on this app & they should allow option where we write our adress manually & 2nd dlvry charges plus tax are to high they should decrease them & my order was 700 & i give 1000 but rider has ni chnge even for 1000 & i manage for payment which is bad other wise order wws gud & arrived hot & quick
