Did you guys ask a 10 year old to make your app?
Literally the worst banking app ever! Don’t you guys understand that a lot of people use banking apps daily? Can’t you make your app better at least? Even the padding is wrong. App glitches continuously, and you have to wait for a long time to go back sometimes. Lol it even crashes. App Store should add a negative star rating for such apps. An institution that deals with money doesn’t have enough money to get a better app. Ironic! They have bought fake reviews too. You can install and check the app out yourself. It’s really bad.
THE WORST BANKING APP I HAVE EVER SEEN. Tells me so much about Silkbank as a “bank”.

Once fulfilled all requirements of app, best experience of having/doing all banking related matters within single app. I’m having no issues till today.
If the app have self-complaint logging service and booking products option, then it will be a great incentive to customer.
