I don’t know why people are not giving this app a proper credit just because they don’t know how to use this doesn’t mean this app is bad yeah sometimes delay is happening but comon guys this is a good step for watching adfree content specially sports 🏏

unauthorized Monthly deductions by Tapmad

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with your service. I installed your app approximately five months ago and subsequently uninstalled it from my device. Despite this, I have noticed a recurring deduction of PKR 399 from my account every month without my consent.
This unauthorized transaction is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company’s practices. I do not have your app installed on my device, nor did I authorize these deductions to continue.
I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of the amounts wrongly deducted. Additionally, I request confirmation that no further deductions will occur without my explicit approval. Failure to address this issue promptly may compel me to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities
