Tracmor Mobile allows you to manage your assets online from your iOS device. With Tracmor Mobile you can search for an asset by scanning or entering the asset tag number or use the search filters to narrow down the results based on category, manufacturer, location, and more. • CONNECTED: Tracmor uses your phone's Internet connection to let you search for your assets and view them online. • ORGANIZED: Assign each asset to a location and automatically keep an audit trail through the history of the item as it checked out and utilized by staff. • CONVENIENT: Search your assets, shipments and receipts by asset tag number then drill down to view more details. • BARCODES: Assign each asset with a unique barcode label so it can be tracked through the lifecycle of the item. • ATTACHMENTS: Attach pictures to your assets to record details such as the condition of the item. • SHIPPING: Search through outgoing shipments and mark them as complete if needed. • RECEIVING: Search through incoming shipments for items to be received. • CLOUD BASED: Log in from anywhere on the go and access your assets hosted in the cloud. • USERS: Use the Tracmor web interface to assign users with roles and limit their permissions to meet security requirements. • FILTERS: Filter your assets by Model Number Area, Location, Asset Tag Number or Model Name! • BARCODE SCANNING WITH YOUR CAMERA: Scan an asset's barcode label with your phone's camera and view details about that asset or attach images. • AND MUCH MORE: View asset parent / children relationships, filter incoming shipments by sender --------------------------------------------------------- We want to hear your questions and suggestions!
