The APP and the Website perform the action without making the payment transaction which than results in cancelling of subscription.
Some compatibility issues
I found some compatibility issues with this app. Sometimes buttons that pop up ‘Watch Now / Watch from Beginning’ appear too large as if the app was tuned to work with smaller iPhones of the past and not larger screen iPhones. The video player has a huge gear/cog icon for just one setting - closed caption. These things point towards an app that’s not been updated from the other (developer) end.
