App Not Working

App is not working it shows blank black screen no chart shows in iphone 11

Hi,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Based on our initial analysis, the issue appears to be related to recent changes made to ensure compatibility with iOS 18. Unfortunately, these updates inadvertently affected devices running iOS versions below 18.

We’re pleased to inform you that the issue has now been resolved! To apply the fix, please update the app to the latest version (1.2.21).

Before updating, we’d like to share a few important reminders:
1. If you’ve previously entered chart data: Please update the app directly without uninstalling it. Removing the app will result in data loss because we do not collect or store user data on our servers.
2. Backing up your chart data in the future: To prevent data loss, we recommend using the “Export” feature for backups. You can do this by tapping the Menu icon in the top-left corner (Menu > Export Chart) and saving the file to your device or iCloud.
