I have ordered and they deduct money from my account and after not response on my call and saying by app that we can’t deliver.
If you can’t why you deduct the amount from my bank account.
Very disappointed and don’t try with fraud people.

Yes, we can't deliver the order if your real address is out of area of delivery ;(
Before choosing items and placing order, you first put the pin on your real address. If we can't deliver - then you will see the message "Sorry, we can't deliver on this address"
But if you put the pin in the area of delivery - then you can place the order, of course
The money was refunded on the card you used to pay for the order the same day when we cancelled the order
